It’s just a fun, easy-going, silly story that will put a smile on your face.
This whole OVA is not to be taken seriously honestly. He doesn’t let his boss get away with much (“much” being relative.) The sex scenes are amusing and for the most part not to be taken too seriously.
Despite his delicate appearance Kuro is no pushover, which separates him from a lot of stereotypical characters in this situation. On top of that the interaction between Kuro and his boss are really funny. This underlying story isn’t terribly interesting, but it at least adds a little something to the OVA. It follows the story of Kuro who has to work as a maid in order to pay off his father’s debt. I was smiling pretty much the entire time that I was watching. Shounen Maid Kuuro-kun: Tenshi no Uta is truly just funny and cute. Note: This is a personal opinion, it does not reflect YaoiOtaku’s official position towards the anime.
